In conjunction with the United Methodist Church's goal for Prevention of Child Abuse the Center for Leadership Development is hosting "Stewards of Children" events. This event is to provide educational and informational resources for pastors, program leaders, and lay persons interested in ending violence against children. Presented at this event will be "Darkness to Light" curriculum for local churches to know and process in their own contexts. This program in conjunction with Safe Sanctuaries practices may help your church to be more open and receptive to all people.
